What you get

Visit 1 — Early April
Pre-season clean.
Before AC season starts. Alkaline coil clean, cabinet rinse, drain check, debris pulled from around the unit. Your AC starts the summer running at its real efficiency.
Visit 2 — Mid-August
Mid-season clean.
Peak season touch-up. Coil clean again, salt deposits rinsed before they cement. Drain line cleared so the unit doesn’t flood the pad in a heavy rain.

Who it’s for

- AC units 7+ years old. The coating gate is 5 honest years of remaining life — older units usually don’t qualify. The Maintenance Plan extends what’s left without spending $695 on a unit that may not make it 5 more years.
- Coastal rentals. Tenant homes that don’t get touched between summers. Two clean visits a year keeps efficiency up and prevents the salt deposits that kill rentals fastest.
- Anyone declined for coating. When we review booking photos and the coil is too far gone for coating, this is the alternative we offer.
